It's the year 2030 in Tokyo. Dr. Boynton loses his beloved son Toby in a traffic accident. Out of grief, he tries to make a super robot with a heart, which looks just like his son. Jiss orders a spy to copy the blueprint and makes a duplicate robot, Atlas, which has the omega factor. Dr. Boynton ignores the prime minister’s disposal order and completes robot Toby.
