A plane with Dr. Elephant and Astro on board is caught in a magnetic storm, but Astro saves the plane from crashing. Atlas, who has remodeled himself into the form of a young man, rescues Skunk, who is wanted by the police. Atlas snatches Astro’s parents and tries to convince Astro to join him in world domination.
