A small parcel containing some broken parts is sent to Dr. Elephant. When he assembles those parts, a mysterious robot is restored. Led by a clue given by this robot, Astro Boy heads to the Antarctica with Daddy Walrus to investigate the gang of Black Looks and beat them off. Then Astro captures Black Looks, a leader of the gang.
