Cleopatra is resurrected before her Egyptian public. Caesar, a robot, steals the ladle, the sign of the queen, but is shot by pursuers after giving it to Astro. Cleopatra catches Astro. Cleopatra is also a robot and she rebels against her creator Barbareen, who conspires to conquer Africa. The public also catches on to the plot. Astro defeats a giant robot.
