In this episode we focus mainly on the north of Europe. We will visit the Vesterålen archipelago, with its unique puffin birds and sea eagles. From there we head to Fair Isle, the most isolated island of Great Britain, to observe its few inhabitants and their daily struggle to survive. Lastly, we travel to the mysterious islands north of mainland Scotland known as Orkney. Thanks to warm Gulf Stream currents this place was once something like a Riviera for Vikings. Dozens of Neolithic monuments dot a picturesque countryside leading to the gulf of Skara Brae, a great place for fishing.
